About Me
I'm Brian, a software developer and applications integrator. My journey in tech didn't begin in a classroom — it started at a gas station, where I worked for 7 years. After each shift, I'd come home and dive into Python, building scripts in the terminal and wrestling with Tkinter GUIs.
Thanks to Fundación Formar, I studied at Digital House and learned about databases, APIs, and patterns like MVC. That opened the door to more: I took courses on Platzi, FreeCodeCamp, even blockchain — and in 2021, I landed my first tech job. The pay was modest, but it felt like a dream come true.
Since then, I've worked with teams at Pukara, Zencast, Tecnicanet, and today I'm part of the IT department at Hospital Universitario Austral. Along the way, I've sharpened my skills in React, Mongoose, networking, infrastructure, SQL Server, .NET, Sybase, and much more. Each step has shaped the developer I've become.
I'm passionate about solving problems, learning new things, and working closely with both tech and people. Whether it's a script, an API, or a high-impact integration, I'm always focused on understanding the why and improving the how.
